Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Delmins Food follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, quantities, and order details before placing an order.
In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged product or an incorrect item, the issue must be reported to info@delminsfood.com
within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and order details. Delmins Food will review the complaint and, at its discretion, determine the appropriate resolution. No claims will be accepted beyond the specified time frame.
All decisions made by Delmins Food regarding returns or replacements shall be final and binding.
